If You Would Like to Gain a Deeper Understanding of How to Effectively Lead Organizations and Generate Powerful Changes for Future Growth…

Join us Friday May 14, for the Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Dunham School of Business at Aurora University “Creating a Healthy Leadership Strategy” Leadership Forum panel discussion seminar.

The session will be held at the Hotel Arista at CityGate Centre (just north of I-88 and Route 59). It will begin 7:30 a.m. for breakfast; with the panel discussion running 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Join us for a meaningful panel discussion on the leadership issue of Leading Strategically.  A full breakfast is included.

Effective, successful leadership is based on a number of variables, not the least is the ability to develop a strong vision of the future and strategically lead effective, talented people in powerful directions.  But how is leadership strategy actually developed?  Is it simply a matter of putting motivated people in one setting?  Is it merely identifying a goal for the organization to pursue?  Is developing and implementing a vision something that you, as a leader, have sole responsibility to create and maintain or is it a collaborative effort throughout the entire organization?

As a leader, you know that everyone in the organization must understand his or her role and responsibilities. Your role, in leading strategically and building a platform for future success, is to create an environment of trust, openness to change, and a desire to move in a common direction that the whole organization can embrace. Where does that start? How does effective strategic leadership become a reality regardless of the environment? What are some of the more effective tools to develop powerful leadership strategies? Join us Friday morning, May 14th to find out from our expert panel.

Panel members for the session are:
